Great tasting lechon. I ordered the 500g for $24. Skin is very crispy, nice mild smokiness, good balance of fats and lean meat. Aromatics like spring onions, ginger, garlic and lots of lemongrass makes the meat very fragrant. It's lemongrass overload! Actually the lechon is flavourful enough that no sauce is needed for me.

Went to the Timbre+ outlet in expo and it was a decent plate of lechon. The skin was crispy but a bit too hard. As for the meat some parts were juicy but some were too dry and hard. The accompanying vege also seemed a bit sad..

I believe that this is the Filipino version of roasted pork rice. The meat is tender and skin is crispy. Soup that came with it was a tad salty but it blended well with the set. The restaurant is located in Timbre+, a cool looking conversion from the typical JTC factory canteen.

We had a Lechon dish ( roasted pork with rice) quite nice, but another time we try the a potion without rice, it was too many fat inside. We always eat in the timbre near expo. I guess should tell the staff give us the less fat one 😁. Their sauce is yummy with the meat …

The price goes up to about 11 dollars, personally I don't like the roasted pork belly as it's too fat. If you just want to try the Philippian-flavour-roasted meat, then you can come, but it doesn't satisfy my expectations

Eaten here twice - once in the evening and this time during lunch. The grilled pork belly is very juicy and slightly crispy on the outside, and has that awesome bbq aroma. I would love to eat that chilli but I did not as I would definitely break out in sweat. It’s so satisfying just eating the pork belly and rice.

Must try the belly lechon (roasted pork belly) with white rice. The meat is very tender and moist. It was very well season with just the right amount of saltiness. The soy sauce & cut chilli mix on the side gave that extra spiciness to the mix. The skin was crispy but it was a bit tough for me to tear it apart. Overall it was good. Cost $10. But if you return the serving tray to the tray returning point you get $1 back.

The Lechon skin was so hard and chewy, it's like chewing on a piece of leather. It's so unlike some of the reviews, could it be they are inconsistent or you have to be lucky to get a certain part of the pig? The meat were also quite dry and bland. The Pork belly roll also so so, nothing to shout about.
